Programme Overview
This practical one-day training equips employers, HR professionals and managers with the knowledge to manage employee misconduct and termination lawfully. Participants will learn the correct procedures for poor performance, probation, retrenchment, misconduct, Domestic Inquiry and dismissal while reducing the risk of constructive or unfair dismissal claims under the Employment Act 1955, Sabah & Sarawak Labour Ordinance and Industrial Relations Act 1967.
