Puan Noorul Jannah holds an LLB (Hons) from MARA University of Technology and currently serves as Senior Assistant Labour Director at the Negeri Perak Labour Office, Ministry of Human Resources. An HRD Corp-accredited trainer, she brings extensive practical experience in labour law enforcement, mediation and workplace compliance.
